Is LVT CORETec Plus Water Proof?
Yes. The extruded core board is waterproof and will not swell when exposed to water. Since its waterproof, it will resist sub-floor mold and mildew.
Note: COREtec Plus is not a moisture barrier, you need to make sure your concrete is cured and moisture tested before install and that your crawl space has a proper moisture barrier.
