Should I use a beater bar/brush when I vacuum my Wool Carpet?
Some vacuum beater bars can have vary stiff bristles which can be very abrasive. The tight weave and twist of the wool fiber helps keep the dirt to the surface and ready to vacuumed, rendering a beater bar unnecessary. It is recommended to use a vacuum cleaner that has suction only. A beater brush may fuzz out the wool fibers.
